Our School
Castlemorton CE Primary School is a small rural primary school situated 7 miles from Malvern. We welcome children from 3 years into our pre-school where they are supported to build the firm foundations they need to progress through school. We currently have 82 children from Reception through to Year 6. The school is situated close to St Gregory’s Church in the village of Castlemorton and is surrounded by the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. The school attracts children from in and out of the catchment area and is proud to serve families who choose to send their children to the school.
Castlemorton is a school with high educational standards and traditions where children learn in a happy, safe and caring environment. The school has an open and welcoming ethos and is at the heart of the community. Children are happy to come to school and are enthusiastic about learning. Parents value the supportive relationships and the variety of learning opportunities provided for their children. We pride ourselves on our inclusive, rich and ambitious curriculum.
Our staff team have a variety of strengths in many curricular areas. The school values the support staff who work alongside teachers to support learning and teaching for all pupils. The governors are extremely committed and work hard to ensure that the school is making positive improvements.
Our Pre-School offers daily sessions for 3 and 4 year olds, which means there is a seamless transition into school for our youngest children.
